About

A small team. A direct line to the builders.

vectorel is a small team of engineers and project managers. You work directly with the people building your system, not an account manager.

Why we started vectorel

We didn't start vectorel with a big plan. We started it because we kept having the same conversation.

Again and again, we met business owners who were great at what they do and buried in everything around it. Invoices typed in by hand. Reports rebuilt every Monday. A spreadsheet only one person understood. Two teams arguing over whose number was right. Some had already paid for software or an AI pilot that promised to fix it, and it was sitting unused.

None of these problems needed a giant platform. They needed someone to sit down with the people doing the work, understand the process, and build something that fits into the tools they already use. So that's what we do.

We keep it simple: a fixed price before any code, working software every week, a person approving anything important, and everything handed over when we're done. The goal never changes. Give owners and their teams their time back, so they can spend it growing the business.

The team

The people
you'll actually work with.

"I'll be on every weekly review. If something's off, you'll hear it from me first."
AgusCo-founder · Projects and engineeringRuns your project from first call to handover and builds alongside the team: scopes the work, leads the weekly reviews, and makes sure what ships matches what was agreed.
"I write the code you'll own, and I make sure someone else can read it too."
LeoCo-founder · EngineeringBuilds the systems: the AI that reads your documents, the data pipelines, and the connections into the tools you already use.
"If it breaks, I want to know before you do."
FranSenior developerBuilds and tests your system day to day, from the first prototype to the version your team relies on every morning.
"You'll always know what's done, what's next, and what we need from you."
PiaProject managerKeeps your project on track: plans each week, runs the check-ins, and makes sure nothing stalls waiting for an answer.

How we work

Four promises
on every project.

  1. 1

A fixed price before any code

You get a written scope and one price. If the scope changes, we stop and requote. Extras never quietly appear on an invoice.

  2. 2

You talk to the people building it

No account managers in between. You see working software every week and can ask the engineer directly.

  3. 3

A person makes the final call

Our systems show their sources and flag what they're unsure about. Anything important waits for someone on your team to approve.

  4. 4

    You own everything

Code, documentation and access are yours from day one, on standard tools any developer can maintain. Support is optional.
